Who We Are
We are Virtual Fire Protogrove, an online grove of Ár nDraíocht Féin (ADF), established January 25, 2022. We are a group of Druids who have built a community around rituals, sharing them with each other online. We have no specific hearth culture, and the rituals focus on whichever hearth culture or style the leading ritualist is looking to explore and connect with. Our mission statement is
VF(P)G gathers for ritual as an accessible and inclusive online community. We empower each other to develop and celebrate our own ritual and hearth practices.
What We Do
We gather weekly for online rituals in the ADF style, most often utilizing the flexibility and strength of the Core Order of Ritual. We encourage Druids to present their own rituals as a way to build confidence and community in our shared path. Members of the Protogrove will prepare and present Core Order Rituals to celebrate each of the eight Neo-Pagan High Days.
We hope you will come experience a ritual for yourself. They occur weekly via Zoom on alternating Tuesday or Wednesday evenings and usually last under an hour. There is frequently group discussion following the ritual.

How to Join
We are a new Protogrove and are pleased to welcome anyone who attends one of our rituals as a Friend of the Grove. Friends of the Grove are invited to join our Grove discord server to get to know us better and hang out.
We have developed the following full Grove membership criteria.
- Attend Weekly Online Rituals or Grove Events at least once a month within a consecutive six calendar month period.
- Lead or actively participate in at least 1 Weekly Ritual or a Grove Event (e.g., facilitate a ritual, speak a part in a Round Robin ritual (scheduled about once a quarter), speak at a Grove Event, etc.).
- Must be an ADF member and follow the ADF Code of Conduct.
- Voted in by at least 75% of the Grove Administrative Team.
- Members pay dues: $30/year, renewable on January 26 (based on VF(P)G Anniversary of January 25, 2022).
